1. Introduction

CampusNeed is an on-demand local commerce platform that connects customers with our stores in a city for seamless product ordering and delivery. Each city has a centralized inventory that manages stock for multiple stores. Product availability is based on store stock, and pricing is determined at the inventory level.

2. Account & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate details (name, address, payment information, etc.) during registration and ordering.
• You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Ordering & Product Availability

• Products are displayed based on real-time availability at stores near your location.
• Prices are set at the inventory level and apply uniformly across all stores in the city.
• Order confirmation is subject to stock availability.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made at the time of ordering using the available payment methods.
• Customers can cancel orders within 3 days from the order date for a full refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 3 days of cancellation and credited to the original payment method.

5. Cancellations & Returns

• Customers can cancel their orders within 3 days of placing the order.
• Returns are accepted only if the product received is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect.
• The return request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

6. Delivery & Order Fulfillment

• Orders are processed by the assigned store based on availability and dispatched for delivery.
• Customers must be available to receive the order at the given address.

7. Store & Inventory Management

• Each store operates under a single inventory for a city.
• The Store Manager is responsible for timely fulfillment of customer orders.
• The Inventory Manager ensures smooth supply chain management between inventory and stores.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate address and contact details to ensure smooth delivery.
• Verify products at the time of delivery and report issues immediately if any.

9. Liabilities & Disclaimers

• CampusNeed is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supply chain issues).
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.

10. Modifications to Terms

CampusNeed reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated through our platform, and continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
